HR INTERN – TALENT ACQUISITION
Sempoa SIP is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the recruitment process for Guru/Coach and Admin positions.
📍 Location: Karawaci Office Park, Tangerang
🗓️ Internship Period: 6 months
What You’ll Do
• Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Send interview confirmations and reminders
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System
• Assist with posting job openings on job boards and social media
What We’re Looking For
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to handle confidential information professionally
• Comfortable using calendars spreadsheets
• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
