PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia is looking for an HR Intern to join our internal team.
HR Intern
Job Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and follow-up.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks such as employee documentation, filing, and database maintenance.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and other HR operational administration.
- Provide administrative support for General Affairs activities when needed.
- Maintain and update HR records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform other HR-related tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in Human Resources, especially Recruitment, HR Administration, and General Affairs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement based in BSD, South Tangerang.
