Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Intern Pt. Elina Prima Sejahtera
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn and other social media platforms).
- Support employee engagement activities (offline events; birthday celebrations; etc).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding administration.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related major.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Available to work Full WFO in Sudirman, South Jakarta.
