Job description for HR Intern at PMAX

- Hiring Purpose: New Hire
- Working Time: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday
- Working Location: 6th Floor, Tuong Viet Building, 95 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam
- Support in idea generation, planning and execution of engagement activities, teambuilding, year-end party, job fair, event, charity and other HR activities.
- Support in releasing content for Internal-External Communication
- Support in other tasks related to logistics, paperworks, etc.
- Managing career sites, recruitment fanpage, Linkedin page
- Screening, researching and conducting interview processes.
- Support in data management, recruitment report
- Timesheet, data management
- Other tasks as requested by the HR Team.
- 3rd-or 4th- year students from any field, prefer to work fulltime
- Good at Microsoft Office, English skills (reading, writing)
- Strong communication skills, time management, eager to learn
- Proactive, hard-working, ownership, integrity, teamwork, innovative
- Creative, be able to develop content or use some basic design tools is a plus
- Autonomous, be able to work remotely
- Can commit 3-months internship program and can work full-time is a plus
