Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join the MixWork team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process and employee lifecycle management. This is a hybrid role designed for final-year students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a regional HR environment and work directly with our Singapore-based headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Manage the scheduling of interviews between candidates, the HR team, and international clients.
- Candidate Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for candidate follow-ups to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Documentation Management: Assist in the preparation and processing of essential onboarding and offboarding documents.
- Administrative Assistance: Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Assist in maintaining regular communication and follow-ups with global clients regarding talent acquisition progress.
Requirements
- Education: Final-year university student (Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir) majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (Written & Spoken) as you will be collaborating directly with our Singapore team.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately.
- Availability: Committed to a 12-month internship program.
