What You Will Need
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Available for a minimum 6-month internship.
- Agile, adaptable, and eager to learn.
What You Will Do
- Support daily HR administrative activities, including document preparation, filing, and reporting.
- Assist the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee databases.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement, training, and other HR initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
