Key Qualifications:
- Final-year student with completed coursework or Fresh Graduate from Management, Psychology, or relevant disciplines
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Strong foundation and willingness to learn recruitment fundamentals, data analysis, and reporting
- Demonstrates analytical thinking, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Available for on-site work at Head Office
- Enthusiastic about contributing to corporate events and internal HR initiatives
What You'll Do:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, & onboarding)
- Perform HR data analysis, reporting, and daily administrative tasks
- Assist in organizing corporate events and internal HR initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to support operational HR needs across offices
