Job Description :
1. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
2. Support the end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing to onboarding), with a primary focus on sales positions.
3. Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining the candidate database.
4. Support personnel administration, including the preparation of employment contracts, employee database management, and documentation.
5. Assist with the offboarding process, including resignation handling, exit interviews, and final clearance.
6. Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies and prevailing labor regulations.
7. Participate in ongoing HR initiatives and special projects as required.
What We're Looking For :
1. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
2. Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms (e.g., Linkedin, Jobstreet, etc.).
3. Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
4. Good command of English (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive "eager-to-learn" attitude in supporting daily HR activities.
7. Willing to be placed in Joglo, West Jakarta.
