Job Description
- Assist the HR team in day-to-day Human Resources activities and administrative tasks.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment administration.
- Support the preparation and administration of HR documents, letters, reports, and other employee-related documentation
- Support the HR team in coordinating employee activities, engagement programs, training, and company events.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field; fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and People Management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at various levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Available for a full-time internship and willing to work from the office.
