Qualifications:
- Active undergraduate student majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field (minimum 5th semester).
- Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment, administration, and employee data management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and possesses strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO), Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM at Greenville, West Jakarta.
