Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hybrid: Work 3-4 days in the office, with the remaining days as Work From Anywhere (WFA).
- Willing and able to commit to an internship program until april.
- Domiciled in Bandung, with placement at Otista.
- Strong interest in the Human Resources (HR) field.
- Understanding of HR fundamentals, including recruitment, performance management, employee administration, employer branding, and employee engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active on social media and capable of creating engaging content related to employer branding.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team, with a high level of initiative to complete tasks.
- Skilled in organizing events for employee bonding.
- Proficient in using office applications (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and social media platforms.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask when handling tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support HR administration, including managing employee data and creating HR-related documents.
- Manage and create HR-related content on the company’s social media platforms to attract potential candidates and enhance employer branding.
- Support the organization of internal company events related to employee development or other HR activities.
