- Develop and manage the company's HR strategy aligned with business objectives and company growth.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including identifying hiring needs, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job offers.
- Monitor workforce planning and company manpower needs to ensure the organization has the right talent to support operational and strategic goals.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, promotion, retention, and exit processes.
- Conduct and oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and compliance with company policies.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, allowances, insurance, and incentives.
- Manage employee relations and people management, addressing employee concerns, resolving workplace conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Implement and manage performance management systems, including goals setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company standards.
- Oversee HR operations and administration, including employee records, contracts, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support leadership and department managers in organizational planning, team development, and workforce management.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture and improve employee retention.
- Handle disciplinary actions and termination procedures in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
