Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Generalist PT CANG LONG INVEST
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle employee administration, including employment contracts, employee records, transfers, and resignations.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, payroll, as well as BPJS and PPh 21 administration.
- Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and support daily HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or HR & Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR administration, payroll, BPJS, PPh 21, and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Able to speak english.
