Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or Human Resource Management with 1–2 years of experience as HR Generalist or Recruiter, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or related industry
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process, interview techniques, and candidate assessment
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms, social media, and digital sourcing tools
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, detail oriented, data driven, and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Proactive, adaptive, and passionate in building high-quality teams
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, psychological tests, interviews, coordination, and onboarding
- Prepare recruitment reports, provide insights for hiring strategy improvement, and conduct talent mapping based on manpower planning
- Develop job descriptions and job specifications aligned with each department’s needs
- Create and execute creative sourcing strategies through digital platforms and social media
- Maintain effective communication with users and maintain relation between employees and the company to ensure a positive work environment
- Support employee engagement, employer branding initiatives, and handle HR administration including employee database, contracts, attendance, leave, and internal documentation
