Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Generalist Happyfit Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR administration and operational tasks, including employee database, letters, and documentation management
- Assist in handling end-to-end recruitment processes
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and maintain accurate HR records and reports
- Assist in BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan administration and employee benefits management
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities, internal events, and company culture initiatives
- Support employee relations by assisting with employee inquiries and coordination between employees and management
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and compliance with company regulations
- Support general affairs and office operations, including office supplies, asset management, and vendor coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR/Admin/Recruitment role
- Good understanding of HR administration and recruitment processes
- Strong administrative, coordination, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
