Primary Job Role :
The primary job role of Human Resources (HR) is to manage the employee lifecycle within an organization, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. HR ensures that the organization complies with labor laws and internal policies while fostering a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and organizational growth. By aligning people strategies with business objectives, HR plays a critical role in building a productive, motivated, and legally compliant workforce.
Job Description:
- Supervise all administrative functions related to daily operational activities.
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, HR, and production teams to support seamless operations.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offering, and onboarding, especially for technical and operational positions in manufacturing and after-sales.
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments (psikotes) as part of the recruitment and employee development process.
- Manage employee training, learning & development (L&D), talent development, succession planning, and performance evaluation programs to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
- Process monthly payroll accurately, including attendance verification, overtime, leave administration, payroll input, and coordination with Finance to ensure timely salary payments.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits, including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration, updates, claims coordination, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company regulations, and corporate HR policies (including Chinese HQ standards).
- Support cross-cultural workforce management between local and Chinese teams.
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee database, and HR administration using HRIS/ERP systems.
- Facilitate employee relations, resolve workplace issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Assist in translating and communicating HR-related documents and policies between Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia/English when needed.
- Liaise with government agencies and ensure proper documentation for expatriates (e.g., work permits, KITAS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and company policy implementation.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including interviewing and employee onboarding.
- Able to administer and interpret psychological assessments (psikotes) for recruitment and employee development.
- Experienced in payroll processing, attendance management, overtime calculation, and HR administration.
- Good knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including employee registration, updates, and claims processes.
- Experience in employee training, people development, performance management, and talent development programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS/ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
