Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, hiring, to onboarding;
- Manage employee attendance;
- Support employees’ performance review administration;
- Maintain candidates and employee database using HRIS system;
- Handle various HR administrative tasks in line with company policies;
- Provide relevant HR reporting as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Psychology, or related majors with minimum GPA of 3.00
- Prefer to have 2+ years experience in HR preferably in HR Generalist
- Able to use HRIS preferably Talenta system and Microsoft office such as Excel, Word, Outlook
- Disciplined, have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment
