Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Generalist PT. Sentra Solusi Bangsa
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding.
- Manage employee administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment contracts, employee data, leave administration, contract renewals, and offboarding.
- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, including payroll data preparation, reconciliation, statutory requirements, and resolution of payroll discrepancies.
- Handle employee relations matters and coordinate appropriate follow-up with management when required.
- Monitor GA budgets and control operational cost effectively.
- Supervise and monitor GA Staff operations and identify operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimun 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HRBP.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, recruitment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working in a lean and fast-paced organization.
