What You Will Need.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, employee relations, and performance management.
- Familiar with HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in people development is preferred
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offering, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee data, HR documents, and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle attendance, leave administration, employee lifecycle processes, and other HR operational activities.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
- Support employee engagement, training, performance management, and other HR development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee and recruitment databases.
- Support other HR operational projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
