DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage employee administration, including new hire registration, employee data updates, transfers, promotions, and resignation processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS, attendance systems, and HR documentation.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requests, job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, absence, and other related matters, and follow up with employees and Managers as required.
- Administer medical reimbursement and coordinate employee benefits with Finance, insurance providers, BPJS, and other third parties.
- Support employee training, development, onboarding, and engagement activities.
- Assist the HR Manager in handling employee relations and employee concerns.
- Prepare regular HR reports, including headcount, employee movement, attendance, leave, recruitment, and benefits.
- Assist in collecting, verifying, and preparing HR and manpower data required for LKPM, OSS, Kemenperin/SIINas, IKI Survey, and other applicable government or regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect accurate data and supporting documents for HR and regulatory reporting.
- Assist the HR Manager in ensuring compliance with company HR policies and applicable Indonesian manpower regulations.
- Support the improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a multinational company, PMA, technology, telecommunications, or related industry.
- Familiar with HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR documentation.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations and HR compliance.
- Familiar with or willing to learn LKPM, OSS, Kemenperin/SIINas, and IKI Survey.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and HRIS/HR systems.
- Strong administrative, organizational, analytical, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Proactive, responsible, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, is compulsory.
