Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Drive timely and cost-efficient hiring while maintaining a high quality of hire.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
2. Performance Management.
- Own the execution and continuous improvement of the company's performance management framework..
- Drive company-wide goal setting and performance review cycles..
- Partner with managers to align performance expectations and facilitate meaningful performance discussions..
- Identify training and development needs based on performance outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on performance-related actions.
3. Employee Retention.
- Drive strategies to improve employee engagement and retention, with a focus on retaining high-performing employees.
- Define and strengthen the company's culture and employee experience initiatives in partnership with leadership.
- Monitor engagement and retention metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee HR budget allocation for people initiatives and support strategic people decisions with the Co-Founders and leadership team.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring process.
- Comfortable working directly with Co-Founders.
- Detail-oriented and strong in documentation.
- Able to manage multiple roles and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills (English required).
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Familiar with Indonesian labor law (Singapore/Vietnam knowledge is a plus).
- High ownership & proactive attitude.
