- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviewing, hiring).
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Assist with performance management and employee development programs.
- Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment certificates, memos, warning letters, etc.
- Ensure accuracy of HR databases, such as attendance, leave, and personal information.
- Support payroll and benefits administration.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
