- Bachelor’s degree
- Male/Female, maximum age of 30 years old
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience handling multiple HR functions (recruitment, payroll, training, employee relations)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Knowledge of HR administration (employment contracts, attendance, employee database)
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
