A Construction Company in Kuta, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Generalist (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening and interview scheduling
- Handle employee administration including attendance records, employment contracts and personal employee data
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new employees
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures under the guidance of the HR Manager
- Support basic payroll processes (e.g., salary, allowances, overtime) in coordination with the finance team
- Handle employee relations, including basic employee concerns, inquiries and internal communication
- Prepare and maintain monthly HR reports, such as turnover, attendance and recruitment updates
- Support internal training programs and other HR-related activities as needed
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a HR Generalist or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Solid understanding of recruitment, HR administration and basic payroll processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively under deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
