We’re looking for an HR Officer who knows that HR is more than paperwork.
Someone who can handle people, solve problems, keep things organized, and still stay cool when things get busy.
You’ll be supporting The Mat & Platform — two growing lifestyle & fitness brands where people, energy, and experience matter.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
PEOPLE
Handle recruitment & onboarding for staff and trainers.
- Be the go-to person for day-to-day employee matters.
- Support employee relations and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor attendance, leave, discipline, and employee performance.
HR ADMIN
- Prepare and manage employment contracts for staff & trainers.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
- Keep HR data accurate, organized, and up to date.
OPERATIONS
- Work closely with Operations Lead and Studio Managers on manpower needs.
- Make sure HR policies and SOPs are actually implemented — not just sitting in a folder.
- Assist with performance reviews and employee development.
- Prepare HR reports and follow up on outstanding employee matters.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO...
- Has 2+ years of HR experience.
- Understands recruitment, employee administration, and employee relations.
- Is confident dealing with people — from trainers to management.
- Is firm, fair, and professional.
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Can multitask without losing track of the details.
- Is proactive and doesn't need to be told twice.
- Can handle a fast-paced, people-heavy environment.
- Is comfortable working in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
- Has experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B? Even better.
