Role Description We are looking for a dynamic, independent, and responsible HR Generalist to manage the entire employee lifecycle, covering both Human Resources (HR) and Human Resource Development (HRD) functions. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
The HR Generalist will also support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, coordinate internal training and employee development programs, ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, and collaborate with management to foster a positive, productive, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field with a strong interest in Human Resources.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR professional in a telecommunications laboratory, electronics manufacturing company, or a similar technology-related industry is required.
- Basic understanding of technical roles in the electrical engineering and telecommunications fields, with experience in technical recruitment.
- Familiarity with laboratory standards (such as ISO/IEC 17025) or Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) regulations will be considered a strong advantage.
- Honest, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of maintaining the confidentiality of company information.
