HR Generalist

Talexa Partners is a Singapore and Kuala Lumpur-based HR and talent solutions agency that connects businesses with qualified professionals across Southeast Asia.

This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience across various HR functions who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with the team to support employee-related processes and ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR Generalist or similar HR roles
• Hands-on experience in various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
• Able to communicate confidently in English for work-related purposes
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Currently not engaged in full-time employment
• Based near BSD, South Tangerang, or willing to work in the BSD area
• Willing to use personal work equipment, including a laptop

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and support day-to-day HR operations and employee administration
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation, including employment contracts
• Support compensation, benefits, attendance, and other employee-related administration
• Assist with employee relations and HR-related matters
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders on HR matters
