Job Descriptions:
- Supervised all HR & GA team, coordinate with Managers and Directors
- Collecting data and analyze it to improve HR & GA strategies and processes, and suggests ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HR & GA department
- Handing organizational development, training and development, industrial relations, employee engagement and collaborate with other HR & GA team members.
- Developing, documenting, and maintaining all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance.
- Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, program, SOP, and internal memo.
- Coordinating with the related process owner (business unit head and cross functional manager) to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing systems.
- Documenting processes and presenting the developmental program to related business head, department manager, and division manager & generate HR & GA reporting.
- Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency, interdepartmental cooperation and align activities with business objectives.
- Work closely with IT Department on how to implement the desired HR & GA system with the goal to provide efficient and effective HR business process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Management Information System, or relevant field.
- 3 years of working experience as HR & GA, HR Generalist, HRIS specialist and/or organizational development specialist.
- Have minimum 1 year of experience as Supervisor, Leader or Coordinator and have good leadership skills.
- Know how to create SOP, policy, procedure and process documentation, and generating comprehensive HR & GA reporting.
- Able to effectively partner with IT and non-technical customers to understand user needs and translate needs
- Into technical process and configuration requirements.
- Thorough understanding of and experience with the system development life cycle.
- Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skill and English literate.
