Qualifications:
- Male, max 37th
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Psychology, HR, or Law
- Min. 5 years HR experience, familiar with Indonesian Labor Law
- Proficient in MS Office, communicative, firm, able to work under pressure
- Plus: Experience in outsourcing/security, BNSP certified

Responsibilities :
- End-to-end process Recruitment, employee admin, and contract management
- Handle BPJS, payroll, PPh 21
- Schedule training & security briefings
- Monitor discipline, conduct evaluations, manage industrial relations
- Develop HR SOPs & KPIs
