HR Generalist – Bellavira Aesthetic Clinic
Location: Permata Hijau, South Jakarta
Salary: IDR 6,500,000 – 8,000,000/month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days per week
Bellavira Aesthetic Clinic is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation
Manage attendance, work schedules, leave, overtime, and employee discipline
Support payroll preparation, incentives, commissions, and attendance-based calculations
Handle BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and other employment-related administration
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KPIs, and performance evaluation systems
Handle employee relations and assist in resolving workplace issues professionally
Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations
Coordinate directly with management regarding recruitment, manpower planning, and HR matters
Support management in improving overall HR systems and team performance
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field
Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or HRGA
Good knowledge of recruitment, HR administration, payroll, BPJS, employment contracts, THR, leave, and overtime
Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations
Fluent English is mandatory, both spoken and written
Must be confident communicating with management in English on a daily basis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
Able to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiar with attendance systems
Experience in an aesthetic clinic, healthcare, beauty, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
IDR 6,500,000 – 8,000,000/month
Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
