Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support HR processes such as contracts, documentation, and employee data management.
- Partner with managers to ensure a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and help address HR-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee records management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases is a plus.
- Mandarin/Chinese speaking skill is a plus
