JOB DESCRIPTION:
HR Policy & Compliance
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, company regulations, SOPs, warning letter procedures, leave policies, attendance policies, and code of conduct.
- Maintain employee records, employment contracts, probation tracking, and contract renewal documentation.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Ensure company HR practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Support contract renewals, probation evaluations, employment certificate issuance, and disciplinary documentation.
- Ensure HR processes are implemented fairly, consistently, and properly documented.
- Handle recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring coordination.
Performance & Culture Support
- Assist in tracking employee KPIs, probation review schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Support managers in documenting employee performance fairly and objectively.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications, and team updates.
- Help build a disciplined, responsible, respectful, and growth-oriented work culture.
Office & General Support
- Support day-to-day office administration and operational coordination.
- Ensure proper organization of HR and office-related documentation.
- Assist founders and managers with general people operations and internal coordination.
- Assist in coordinating office supplies, employee facilities, and team logistics when needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / People Operations roles
- Experience working closely with managers or founders is preferred
- Startup or fast-growing environment experience is a plus
- Experience in Chinesse Company or hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry is preferable
- Fluent in English (is a MUST) and/or good in Mandarin!
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Indonesian labor law
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end HR administration
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas, reporting)
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and organized
- High emotional intelligence in handling employee issues
- Firm yet fair; professional and human-centered
- Comfortable working in dynamic and ambiguous environments
