Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Generalist Pt. Sangnila Interaktif Media Dan Teknologi
- Handle recruitment & selection (prepare and publish the job adverts; shortlist, interview, and select candidates; conduct the onboarding process) and employer branding;
- Ensuring all HR programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation;
- Design, develop and implement company procedures & regulations, policy and SOP.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
- Managing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP) & BPJS Kesehatan (Edabu);
- Handling & designing Company’s compensation and benefits package (incentive/awarding), grading system, job evaluation, salary structure.
- Handle employee agreement (PKWT and PKWTT), warning letters, reference letters, etc.
- Maintain good relations with all related divisions and ensure the same policy is being implemented by all employees
- Promote HR and Company programs to develop an efficient and engaging workplace
- Create a strategic method to develop a career path, development, and succession plan for all positions including conducting Performance appraisals periodically.
- Own a decent laptop
