We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our team on-site in Tangerang Banten. In this role, you will handle daily HR operations including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and administering HR programs. You will ensure compliance with labor laws, handle employee relations, support recruitment efforts, and assist in creating a positive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychlogy, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management
Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position
Accustomed to managing HR-related projects and supporting manufacturing operational needs
Ability to effectively develop and implement HR Policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
Experience managing Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration programs
Proficiency in HR software (Talenta)
