Role Summary
Lead HR operations and people governance across multi-outlet teams: ensure disciplined HR administration, smooth employee lifecycle, compliant practices, strong employee relations, and reliable HR data for management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations Leadership: run daily HR ops, prioritize tasks, supervise execution, and ensure fast, accurate, audit-ready documentation.
- Employee Lifecycle (End-to-End): onboarding/offboarding, contract management (PKWT/PKWTT), HR letters (warnings, mutations, confirmations), and complete employee files.
- Attendance & Payroll Inputs: validate roster/attendance, overtime/leave data, payroll cut-off readiness, and issue resolution to prevent payroll errors.
- Employee Relations & Discipline: handle cases (misconduct, disputes, performance issues), conduct investigations, provide counseling, disciplinary steps, and documentation aligned with policy.
- Compliance & HR Governance: BPJS administration support, HR audits, SOP implementation, and adherence to internal controls.
- Performance & Probation Support: probation tracking, performance documentation, KPI/admin follow-ups, and improvement plans.
- Training & Basic People Development: coordinate onboarding training, core SOP training, and simple engagement/retention actions that work in F&B operations.
- HR Reporting: weekly/monthly HR dashboard (headcount, turnover, attendance, discipline cases, leave), trends, and action plan recommendations.
- Process Improvement: standardize HR templates, streamline workflows, and strengthen data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Additional HR leadership/ER training is a plus.
- 4+ years in HR Generalist/HR Ops (F&B/retail multi-outlet preferred); supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong HR administration, employee relations, and discipline handling with solid documentation habits.
- Practical knowledge of Indonesian manpower basics (contracts, disciplinary steps, leave, BPJS).
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets; structured and KPI-driven.
- High integrity, firm-but-fair communication, able to work fast under pressure.
- HRIS Talenta experience is a plus.
