Requirement
- Men or Women 25 - 33 yeard old
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Strong communication, organization, adminitration and problem-solving skills.
- Data driven dan detail oriented
- Experience with HRIS.
- Experience in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
Responsibility
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage HR administration, employee data, contracts, and attendance.
- Support employee relations, engagement, and company culture.
- Coordinate performance reviews, training, and employee development.
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Ensure smooth HR operations from onboarding to offboarding.
