1. Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
2. Do the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing - onboarding
3. Develop training and development programs
4. Assist in performance management processes, payroll and benefit administration
5. Maintain the organization's employee database, records & employment agreement
6. Review employment and working conditions to maximize motivations
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psycholoy or equivalent
2. At least 2-3 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Required Skill(s): Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, HR Administration
4. Familiar and have a good knowledge in UU Cipta Kerja
5. Understanding of general human resources policies, procedures, function and best practice
6. Good analytical thinking and attention to details
7. Good communication skills
8. Love working in a startup environment
