- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, conduct initial screenings, manage interviews, and guide new hires through the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate workplace conflicts, and conduct fair and confidential misconduct investigations.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, process benefits enrollments (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans), and resolve benefits-related issues.
- Compliance & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure company policies align with employment laws.
- Performance & Training: Assist managers with performance review cycles, identify employee development opportunities, and coordinate training initiatives.
