Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Generalist ADA PROJECT

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi atau Hukum
Berpengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun
Memiliki interpersonal skill yang baik
Memahami HR policies dan UU Ketenagakerjaan

Deskripsi pekerjaan:

Bertanggungjawab atas rekrutmen end-to-end procces
Mengelola administrasi HR & GA mulai dari absensi, payroll, BPJS, kontrak kerja, maintanance building, dan lain-lain
Menyusun remunerasi (Salary and Benefit)
Mengawasi hasil kinerja (Performance Appraisal) seluruh karyawan
Menyusun program pelatihan untuk pengembangan SDM dan monitoring hasil pelatihan
Menyusun dan mengawasi SOP yang berlaku
Monitoring KPI perusahaan dan karyawan
