Qualifications:
- Have at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent in Psychology/Management/Related fields
- Certified Human Capital Supervisor and Training of Trainer (TOT) Level 3 is a plus
- Experienced in using HRIS systems
- Capable of designing and managing Learning Management System (LMS) classes
- Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) development
- Skilled in conducting fast and accurate recruitment
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Able to act as a problem solver for HR and employee-related issues
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding
- Draft and update SOPs in line with internal needs and legal regulations
- Organize and run internal training using the LMS platform
- Handle HR data and employee records using the HRIS system
- Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws
- Participate actively in employee training and development activities
