- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, handling end-to-end HR operational functions.
- Strong expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to conducting interviews.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing employee employment contracts in accordance with labor laws.
- Capable of designing, coordinating, and delivering internal training programs.
- Solid skills in managing HR administration, employee databases, and attendance tracking.
