Job Description
The Human Capital Staff will act as an HR Generalist responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations while partnering with the Branch Manager to build a strong, healthy, and productive people & culture environment.
Key responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offering, onboarding)
- Handle HR generalist functions (employee administration, contracts, attendance, HR database)
- Maintain accurate and well-organized HR documentation
- Support the development of people & culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Manage employee relations and act as a liaison between management and employees
- Handle petty cash including tracking, reporting, and accountability
- Manage company asset inventory (tracking, allocation, and monitoring)
- Coordinate asset maintenance (regular checks, repairs, and replacements)
- Support general office operations (general affairs)
- Provide regular reports to the Branch Manager
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Female (priority)
- Minimum 1 year experience as HR Generalist
- Strong capability in end-to-end recruitment
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience in asset management or general affairs is a plus
- High integrity, especially in handling employee data and petty cash
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mentally resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Experience in gaming, startup, or digital industry is a plus
