HR Generalist (Raja Beli Emas)

Job Requirements

1. Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in any major
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or similar position in a creative agency, startup, or fast-paced company
3. Strong understanding of end-to-end Recruitment processes: recruitment, employee relations, LinkedIn activation, compliance, and performance management
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
5. Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
6. Familiarity with HR project management systems, tools, or platforms (e.g., Google Workspace and other HR tools)
7. Develop and execute employer branding strategies (Raja Beli Emas)
8. Willing to relocate and work full-time in our office in Permata Hijau, South Jakarta

Job Description

1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various creative and operational roles—from sourcing, screening, and interviews to final hire
2. Coordinate and lead new employee onboarding programs, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive experience for new team members
3. Act as the primary point of contact for all HR matters, providing day-to-day support to employees and team leaders
4. Implement and monitor employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and performance reward systems
5. Handle Payroll Coordination, Bonus Calculation, Overtime Pay, and end-to-end BPJS Kesehatan & Ketanagakerjaan payments
6. Manage employee relations issues with empathy and objectivity
7. Facilitate discussions between employees and management when needed
8. Participate in HR project and implementation
9. Manage employer branding matters
10. Oversee daily GA operations, including cleaning team management
11. Manage Employee operations, assets and company facilities
12. Monitor office supplies
