Job Summary
As an HR Generalist with a focus on People Development and Performance Management, you are responsible for overseeing employee performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing talent through strategic training programs. You will also be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes and support various employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective implementation of the company's performance management system.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance regularly using available internal tools.
- Identify and analyze performance-related issues, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify learning priorities
- Design and develop training programs, including curriculum, learning materials, and evaluation methods.
- Plan and implement learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational needs and employee performance.
- Act as a trainer or facilitator when needed during internal learning sessions.
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement programs to foster a strong company culture.
- Promote and socialize company values and culture across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degrees (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in performance management, people development, or generalist HR roles.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as H/VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, IFERROR, IFS, CONCATENATE, Pivot Tables, and other logical and analytical formulas
- Strong passion and interest in employee growth and development.
- Understanding of performance management concepts and practical experience in implementation.
- Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and capable of designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs.
- Previous experience as a trainer or facilitator is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent in analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
