- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Major
- Min. 1 year of experience in the same position.
- Maximum 27 years old.
- Comprehensive literacy on Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, Labor-related) is a plus.
- Eager to learn, Hands-on experience with Accounting/Payroll Software is a plus
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal skills, details oriented, and deadline-focused.
- Honestly and integrity in handling confidential data.
- Employee record maintenance.
- Responsible for database and administration both online and offline such as employee database, attendance report, allowance report, filing documents etc.
- Responsible for payroll, overtime report, Tax, BPJS, and employee benefit.
- Regular filing and archiving of Payroll information.
- Complying with relevant legislation.
