An Organizational Development and Industrial Relations focused role responsible for optimizing organizational structure, maintaining labor compliance, and supporting core recruitment and performance management operations.
Responsibilities :
- Lead OD projects alongside the HR team, including evaluating organizational structures, job descriptions, workload analysis, manpower planning, and competency development to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
- Review and update HR policies and employment documentation, provide advisory support to management, and communicate policy implementations assertively and constructively.
- Handle grievances, workplace conflicts, policy violations, and employment termination processes in accordance with labor regulations.
- Execute and refine target setting, performance evaluations, and follow-up actions in collaboration with other HR PICs, taking on the project lead role on a rotational basis as needed.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in alignment with designated responsibilities within the HR team.
