- Male/Famele, 23 – 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in HR, preferably handling attendance, payroll, and recruitment.
- Experienced in end-to-end recruitment, including mass hiring.
Familiar with payroll processing, attendance management, and HR administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Managed employee attendance and timekeeping administration to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
