Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills, a true people person.
Proficient with the Singapore labor law and practice.

Preferred Qualifications:
Highly organized and able to address multiple projects in parallel.
Agile individual who is able to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
Experience in deploying HR practices and procedures.

About the Job:
This HR Generalist position is responsible to provide HR advisory and support, to enable the activities within the employee life cycle. As a HR Generalist you'll be entrusted to support the HR Manager and lead on the day to day running of the organization and the deployment of strategic HR programs.

Responsibilities:
Be involved in our Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation/Benefits and Learning & Development efforts.
Own the on-boarding and off-boarding processes of employees, review and enhance.
Ensure that information within HRIS is up-to-date, accurate and audit ready.
Assist in Employment/ Work Pass application.
Document and create necessary tools and templates, prepare HR documentations and certifications.
HR Projects in areas of progressive people policies, compensation & benefits, learning and development and organization culture (Research and Development).

Other Points:
This position is a 6 months Contract Employment with a possibility of an extension or conversion.
