HR Generalist - BS

Mitra Data Lab is seeking an HR Generalist for our client, Bestari Souvenir.

About Bestari Souvenir:

Bestari Souvenir is a custom souvenir and gift company serving personal, event, and corporate needs. With a one-stop service operation based in Kabupaten Bogor, the company is expanding its market presence through the planned opening of new branches in strategic locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and periodically review HR-related documents, including contracts, job descriptions, and employee records.
• Organize employee engagement, culture-building, and training initiatives.
• Implement and monitor performance management processes, including goal tracking and performance appraisals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for both office and workshop positions.
• Coordinate succession planning and promotion to fulfill current and future leadership needs.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievance resolution, conflict management, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with diverse teams across the organization.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
• Based in or willing to be placed in Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor.
