The HR & GA Staff is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations across both Human Resources and General Affairs functions. This dual-focused role handles employee relations, recruitment support, personnel administration, office management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance to ensure a smooth, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
Personnel Administration: Maintain employee records, manage attendance tracking, leave requests, and assist with monthly payroll preparation and benefit administration (health insurance, pensions, etc.).
Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule candidate interviews, and execute onboarding programs for new hires.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, support internal engagement events, and assist in implementing workplace policies.
Compliance & Performance: Assist in monitoring compliance with local labor laws and support annual performance evaluation processes.
General Affairs (GA)
Office & Facility Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensure facility upkeep, manage office cleaning/security services, and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
Procurement & Inventory: Manage office inventory, purchase office supplies/stationery, and handle fixed asset management.
Vendor & License Management: Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management; assist in renewing business permits, licenses, and operational contracts.
Company Transport & Travel: Arrange corporate travel, hotel bookings, and manage company vehicle scheduling or transportation logistics.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR and General Affairs (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of local labor regulations, HR administrative processes, and facility/office management standard procedures.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Gdocs, Notion or other task management software.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle dual responsibilities efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential employee data.
